Flip the ONT over – Locate the rubber feet on the bottom.
Remove the rubber feet only on one side – Gently pry off the rubber feet on the side that's elevated. You can use a flathead screwdriver or a plastic pry tool to avoid damage.
Check balance – Place the ONT back on the surface to see if it now sits evenly.
